Project stages
Stage 1: 'Analysis'
The Project Manager is the point of contact for the client and is responsible for managing the project from the outset when the contract is prepared to the finish when the final product is delivered to the client.
After getting accustomed with the material to be translated, the Project Manager will clarify and define the finer details of the work with the client including software or file preference, time frames and client recommendations. Once these details are ironed out, a firm quotation will be provided for consideration by the client. Upon signing of the contract, the Program Manager will proceed to the next step in the process – the appointment of the processing team.
